Who are we?
In short, we are believers that our children are phenomenal individuals who can make great choices, have meaningful relationships and learn at high levels, if given the proper skills and opportunities. ROC, INC is staffed with individuals who genuinly care about our kids and will give them the skills needed to live an abundant, prosperous, and meangful life. We guide the children by giving them the skills to improve on any social or emotional issues, enhance peer and adult relationships, offering inclusive, multiculturally rich activities, and assisting them in making sound choices in relation to risky behaviors. Our staff offers personalized counseling, medication management and adheres to the individualized education plan.

Using the child’s Individualized Education Plan, the staff can organize with one another how best to serve the student.

Ensuring that the students have the support they need to finish any outstanding assignments or homework is essential to the growth and development of our students. Accommodations or modifications as outlined by the individualized education plan are implemented to ensure continuity of care from school to after school.
