Mission Statement

Reaching Our Children , In Need of Choices (ROC Inc) is our community-based, not for profit initiative that provides comprehensive after school programming and beyond to transition our vulnerable at-risk youth to our resilient at promise youth. It is our desire to provide effective solutions to youth with emotional and or behavioral problems, improve their mental agility, enhance peer and adult relationships, provide culturally sound and inclusive activities, and reduce the likelihood of engaging in risky behaviors. We strive to offset adverse attitudes and behaviors by addressing root issues, and ultimately increase the likelihood of our youth building fruitful and abundant lives.
